Southeastern Party Platter

A vibrant celebration platter loaded with grilled BBQ port, juicy chicken wings, crispy egg rolls, Lao-style sausage, grilled turkey tail, tender battered chicken feet, fresh herbs, papaya salad, rice noodles, and sticky rice. You can substitute with other proteins.

Lechon Belly Roll
$120/ Whole. $60/ Half
Slow roasted pork belly roll with aromatic herbs and spices, cooked until the skin is golden and perfectly crispy. Juicy, flavorful layers of tender meat inside with that signature crunchy crackling on the outside. This will be perfect fo parties, celebrations, or family feast.
Japchae
$120/Whole tray. $60/Half tray
Sweet potato glass noodles stir-fried with tender beef, fresh veggies, and tossed in a savory sesame soy sauce. Slightly sweet, perfect.y savory, and absolutely addictive.
Kapoon

Kapoon party platter. A traditional Lao-style noodle soup kit featuring fresh rice noodles, rich aromatic broth, shredded chicken, cabbage, fresh herbs, and lime. Enough to feed 4-5 people.
Steamed Pompano Fish
$120/Full tray $60/Half tray
Fresh whole pompano seasoned with aromatic spices and fresh herbs, then gently steamed while wrapped in banana leaves to lock in moisture and flavor. The result is tender, flaky fish infused with fragrant herbs and subtle earthy notes from the banana leaf.
Egg Rolls

Crispy golden egg rolls filled with seasoned ground pork, shredded cabbage, noodles, and aromatic spices. Deep-fried to a perfect crunch on the outside while staying juicy and flavorful inside. Served with sweet chili house dipping sauce.
